Our appointment cancellation policy requires clients to provide at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice if they need to cancel an appointment or reschedule appointments. This cancellation policy ensures fairness, allowing us to offer the time slot to another client. Without proper notice, preparation time is lost and opportunities for care are missed. A late cancellation may result in a late cancellation fee, while a missed session may fall under the no show policy or no call no show policy. Terms and conditions apply.

Late Cancellations

(Less than 24 Hours’ Notice)

Late cancellation occurs when less than 24 hours’ notice is given before a scheduled appointment. In these cases, a late cancellation fee will apply, charged at 50% of the scheduled session cost. This cancellation policy allows us to honor the effort our therapists put into preparing for sessions and ensures accountability for keeping appointments. Providing advance cancellation notice helps avoid unnecessary fees, supports timely care, and maintains fairness in scheduling. Terms and conditions apply to all late cancellations.

No-Show Policy

Our no show policy and no call no show policy apply when a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without providing cancellation notice. In these cases, the full session fee will be charged, as missed sessions prevent other clients from receiving timely support. This policy ensures fairness and respects the time and effort our therapists dedicate to preparing for each appointment. Emergency Exceptions

We recognize that unexpected circumstances may prevent clients from attending sessions. Our appointment cancellation policy allows emergency exceptions for medical issues, family crises, or unavoidable events. In such cases, a late cancellation fee or no-show policy charges may be waived at management’s discretion. While terms and conditions apply, this cancellation policy remains client-centered, ensuring fairness, flexibility, and understanding when clients must cancel appointments or reschedule appointments with proper cancellation notice.

If you have purchased a package of sessions, our cancellation policy applies. Missed sessions due to late cancellation, no show policy, or no call no show policy will be deducted from your package balance. Refunds for unused portions of prepaid packages are available only if you cancel an appointment with at least 14 days’ cancellation notice before the package expiration date.
