Access Den Cancellation Policy
We strive to provide the best possible service while maintaining flexibility and fairness for both our clients and our team. Our cancellation policy ensures a balance between respecting your time and the effort our team dedicates to preparing for each appointment.
General Guidelines
1. Notice Period for Cancellations or Rescheduling:
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without incurring a fee.
2. Late Cancellations (Less than 24 Hours’ Notice):
A 50% cancellation fee of the session cost will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
3. No-Show Policy:
If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.
4. Emergency Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies happen. Exceptions to the cancellation fee will be made for situations involving medical emergencies, family crises, or other unavoidable circumstances, at the discretion of Access Den management.
Prepaid Packages
If you have purchased a package of sessions:
- Missed sessions due to late cancellations or no-shows will be deducted from the package balance.
- Refunds for unused portions of prepaid packages are only available if cancellation is requested with at least 14 days’ notice before the package expiration date. A 30% processing fee will be applied to refunds.
Supervision and Group Sessions

Supervision Appointments:
- Supervisors dedicate significant time to preparing for these sessions. A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for supervision sessions.
- Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 75% fee due to the limited availability of supervision slots.

Group Sessions:
- Due to the group dynamics and preparation required, cancellations for group sessions must be made 72 hours in advance to avoid a charge.
- No-shows or late cancellations will result in a 100% charge of the session cost.
